- Several holes were observed in the back area walls, which were also identified in the facility’s previous pest control report. The operator is to repair and seal all wall openings as soon as possible to prevent pest entry, and to reorganize the back area to ensure it is maintained in a clean, clutter‑free condition to prevent pest harborage.
