- The concentration of the quat based food contact surface sanitizer measured less than 100 ppm.Solution was remade and the concentration was still less than 100 ppm. Quat dispenser was ran longer and then solution was refilled, and then concentration measured 200 ppm.

- The paper towel dispenser for the hand wash sink in the bar was empty of paper towels.Paper towels were refilled during inspection.
