- One staff reported their three step process as washing, rinsing in sanitizer and rinsing dishes in hot water. The correct three-step process was reviewed to wash, rinse, and sanitize in a non-rinse concentration of bleach for 2 minutes.

- Chlorine test strips are not available to check sanitizer concentration. Obtain chlorine test strips.
