      • Food handlers were keeping the cooked chicken in metal inserts on ice at the prep table at the time of inspection. Operator was educated and instructed that this is not a good practice as ice will not maintain food temperature at 4 Deg C or colder. Operator moving forward will keep the cooked donair meat inside the prep cooler.

      • Bulk meat thawing containers: outside surface was not cleaned properly. Ensure all the meat thawing containers are thoroughly cleaned.

      • Sanitizer buckets were not labeled. Ensure all chemicals not in their original container are appropriately labeled.

      • Cardboard is used to line the bottom of the fridge. Bottom shelf is only used for raw meat. Cardboard is stained with meat juices. Ensure cardboard is removed and area is cleaned & sanitized.

      • The wall panels of the mop sink are not in good repair. Ensure wall is repaired.

      • Upright fridge: door frame of sliding door has build-up of food debris. Ensure fridge door frame is cleaned.
