      • Sausage walk-in cooler was measured at 7 C > 4 C. Instructed operator to turn this cooler unit to 4 C or colder and submit a photo once it is at 4 C or colder. A photo later submitted at the end of the day and this unit is at 4 C. Continuing monitor this walk-in cooler to ensure it is at 4 C or colder and recorded it on temperature log sheet. Operator put a new thermometer inside this unit and this thermometer registered at 4 C for this unit and a photo submited to PHI
