- Facility was using chlorine to sanitize the bottles, but no chlorine test strips were available. Please purchase.

- Written Drinking Water Safety Plans were not available. Please develop one and it must include the following:(1) Procedures to handle emergencies and operational upsets. For example, boil water advisories, power outage, leaks in water lines, or a membrane rupture on a filter.(2) Cleaning and maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment.(3) Operational records including: bacteriological and chemical testing results; daily volume of water processed.(4) Recall procedures, including bottle tracking. The CFIA provides information on how to develop these plans in their document called “Recall Plans – Manufacturer’s Guide”.
