      • Handwash sink's hot water faucet (in washrooms) temperature was noted to be approximately at 55C.Ensure all handwash sinks hot water faucets (accessible to children) temperature are maintained at or below 49C.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A light cover is missing on a light fixture. Please install a light cover and ensure all light fixtures are properly installed.June 12, 2026: This violation is outstanding.

      • Raw frozen turkeys are stored above ready-to-eat foods in the fridges. Please ensure raw meat and eggs are stored below ready-to-eat foods. Alternatively, have one fridge designated as raw meat/eggs only. The operator reorganized the fridge during the inspection.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • A paint tray with white paint and roller are stored in the fridge with food products. Please remove the paint tray, and paint roller from the kitchen and ensure paint and chemicals are stored separately from food products. The operator moved the paint to the kitchen counter during the inspection. However, please ensure to move the paint to an appropriate storage area.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • A light cover is missing on a light fixture. Please install a light cover and ensure all light fixtures are properly installed.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A pair of silver oven mitts are in disrepair. Please repair or discard the oven mitts and ensure all oven mitts are in good repair.The operator removed the oven mitts during the inspection.
