     • Antiseptic wipes in first aid kit were expired. Please discard expired antiseptic wipes and purchase new antiseptic wipes, as the expired wipes can degrade and becomes less effective.
   • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
     • Expired disinfectant was found in the back storage room in a cupboard. The operator indicated that they do not use the disinfectant, as the operator uses a bleach solution to sanitize toys and surfaces instead. The operator indicated that the disinfectant will be discarded at a safe disposal location. ** The bleach solution that the facility uses for sanitizing surfaces and equipment was tested and measured to be 100 ppm as required **
