      • A container of Oxiver wipes was on shelf in kitchen. This was removed during the inspection. Oxiver is not considered food safe and should not be used in food prep areas.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning required of hard to reach areas of floor underneath dishwasher.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 1. Yogurt being transported to Harbour was not under temperature control. Ensure all high risk food is tranported in insulated container/on ice to maintain temperature outside of danger zone. 2. Walk in prep cooler was 10 degrees Celsius at time of inspection. Temperature recorded in morning was below 4 degrees. Operator was already aware and will ensure walk in cooler is maintaining below 4 degrees.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1. Handles of stand up freezers in back area required cleaning. Clean this area and ensure it is added to a regular cleaning schedule.2. Cleaning checklists had not been completed. Ensure staff are following cleaning checklist/written sanitation plan.

    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Some of the wood spatulas were cracked and no longer easy to clean.-Please discard the damaged utensils.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1. There was some cleaning required in the following areas:-In the corners on the floor and on some of the lids of the storage containers in the dry storage room.-Under and around the dishwasher in hard to reach areas.-In the back delivery area.-On the water bottle holders throughout the kitchen.-In some of the cupboards, utensil, and condiment holders in the front dining area.-Behind the laundry machines.-On the plastic transport carts. Please conduct a thorough cleaning in the noted areas.
