      • The measured concentration of the bleach sanitizer in the spray bottle was 0ppm. A new solution was prepared with a concentration of 100ppm.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • There was no bleach available for dishwashing. Bleach was obtained before the start of the event.
    • 20. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • There was a build-up of food debris inside the deep freezer. Deep freezer was cleaned during the inspection.
