     • The ceiling above the dishwasher is leaking. The area under the sink requires clearing. There is a lot of water built up on the bottom of the sink where the pumps are located.

     • The floors require painting. They should be painted twice a year in the areas that have heavy ware, and the paint peels off.This should be completed by the end of next September.
   • 17. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
     • the backboard at the three compartment bottle washing area needs to be replaced. there is a lot of ware and can no longer be cleaned properly. Also a hard surface board or material should be place along the back of the sink to prevent the wall from being damaged. The area under the sink requires clearing. There is a lot of water built up on the bottom of the sink where the pumps are located.
