- The bleach sanitizing solution prepared for use in the kitchen was below the required concentration of 100–200 ppm for effective sanitizing. Solutions at this level are ineffective at reducing harmful microorganisms. Staff immediately prepared a new solution at the correct concentration. Ensure all sanitizing solutions are consistently prepared and maintained at the proper concentration to ensure effective sanitation of food contact surfaces.
