      • During the inspection flies were observed in the facility. The operator is working with the pest control company to mitigate the issue.Please continue to work with the pest control company, perform enhanced cleaning of the facility and hard-to-reach places.

      • During the inspection flies were observed in the facility. The operator is working with the pest control company to mitigate the issue.Please continue to work with the pest control company, perform enhanced cleaning of the facility and hard-to-reach places.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The caulking around the handwashing sink was noted to be in poor condition during the inspection. Please ensure that all surfaces are maintained in good repair at all times.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • During the inspection it was found that there was an inadequate amount of sanitizer solution in the cleaning cloth buckets, leading the cleaning cloths not being fully submerged in the sanitizer. There we also dry, used cleaning cloths found in the food prep area. Please ensure that all cleaning cloths are submerged in sanitizer solution when not in use.

      • Mouse droppings were observed under the storage shelf, near the exit door to hallway, as well as in the mechanical room.Manger confirmed the increased activity of mice and showed records of pest control company bi-weekly visits.New weather strippings were installed on multiple doors to prevent entry of pests.Action required:Clean the mouse droppings and monitor for any new activity.

      • The food handling permit on display was outdated.Manager of the facility printed the new permit and posted it on public display.
