     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Reviewed dishwashing processes for dishes and juice extractor. Proper wash rinse sanitize (air dry) steps not implemented for dishwashing. Hot water from tap is not sufficient to kill pathogens. Two compartment sink sign available for review.
     • Corrective Action(s): Make sure the proper three step process for dishwashing is followed, including Clean In Place (CIP) equipment. Bleach is available and is the sanitizer of choice.
