- - The commercial high-temperature dishwasher is currently not in use as the owner is awaiting parts for repair. In the interim, the facility will utilize the two-compartment sink for washing all kitchenware and utensils. The sink is capable of submerging the largest piece of equipment. Proper two-compartment sink dishwashing procedures are available on-site for reference.
