      • The handwashing sinks in the preschool and carebear rooms were unable to supply water with a minimum temperature of 46C- Ensure that the water supplied reaches a minimum temperature of 46C while not exceeding 54C

      • Some of the handwashing and bathroom sinks were supplying water measured above 54C- Ensure water temperature does not exceed 54COperator indicated that the water temperature is monitored prior to the children using it as this is a common issue they have had with the water supply and have reached out to maintenance

      • Staples to hang pictures up were noted without tape over top.- many loose staples noted on the floor - ensure tape (preferably blue) is used to cover staples to secure them and allow them to be visibly noticeable if they fall.
    • 15. Is laundry being properly handled in a suitable manner?
      • Clean and soiled laundry baskets were not labelled.- ensure baskets are labelled as clean and dirty in order to adequately separate items
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • Toys are not being cleaned and sanitized daily.- ensure toys are cleaned and sanitized using an approved sanitizer or the sanitizer cycle in the dishwasher, daily.
