- The low temperature mechanical dishwasher sanitizing strength was at 0 ppm at the time of inspection. Discussed with operator to switch to the three-sink manual method of dish washing and sanitizing pending when the mechanical dishwasher will be fix.

- Observed a few dead flies on the Fly trap hanged on the edge of the ventilation hood in the kitchen. Staff removed the trap during the inspection as it was mounted during the flies season in 2023.

- - Box of muffins left on the floor at the dish washing station. Thus, food is being exposed to unsanitary contact surface. Staff removed box of muffins and placed on the counter.- Sausage beef and package of scramble egg bags left on the counter during the inspection.Staff stated that the food items were removed from the cooler for breakfast serving about an hour before the inspection. Staff returned food items back into the cooler.-*Educate staff on proper food handling to ensure foods are safe and protected from contamination. * Recommend basic food safety training for kitchen staff.

- A few flies were observed in kitchen. Fly traps are filled with flies and thus, not effective to catch flies in the kitchen. - Replace fly traps in the kitchen as needed to ensure equipment is effective to trap flies and protect food from contamination.- Ensure to find a workable solution to control the flies population.
