- Used wiping cloths were not kept submerged in a sanitizer.Ensure dirty/used wiping cloths are kept submerged in a sanitizer.

- The handwash sink near prep table was out of stock for liquid handwash soap.Owner/operator restocked the liquid handwash soap.Ensure all handwash sinks are kept stoked at all times.

- The dishwasher is noted at 66 degrees Celsius and the display on the dishwasher appears to be in disrepair. Please ensure:- That the dishwasher temperature is maintained at 71 degrees Celsius or above,- The dishwasher is maintained in good repair. Alternatively, remove the dishwasher. According to the operator the dishwasher is not being used. The three-compartment sink is being used for dishwashing.As of April 7, 2026, the mechanical dishwasher is not used (3-comp sink is used). Ensure repairing/ removal of dishwasher.
