- There was ground beef sitting at room temperature measured at 26 degrees Celsius.- The ground beef was discarded. Ensure that all high‑risk foods are stored outside the temperature danger zone kept cold at 4 degrees Celsius or lower and held hot at 60 degrees Celsius or higher.

- There was no cold water available at the back food preparation area hand wash sink.Have the sink repaired to restore cold water. All hand wash sinks must be fully functional at all times.

- There was a gap at the back entrance door to the facility were light could be seen coming in under the door.Replace the weather stripping at the back facility entrance door or otherwise seal the gap at the base of the door to help prevent pests from entering.
