- Cardboard used as an liner under the machine, this is not a suitable surface as it does not meet the conditions of easy to clean, durable, impervious to moisture, and non toxic. The cardboard can pose a risk of cross contamination and pathogen growth.
- Corrected During inspection: Staff were instructed to immediately remove and discard these brushes. The operator had completed this.
