Until such time that the replacement bag arrives, switch to bleach solution (1 ounce bleach to one gallon water for 100 ppm) for dishes and surface sanitizing. 1/2 tsp for 1 litre of water in sani-buckets will also provide 100 to 200 ppm solution. Verify on re-inspection date noted on report.
