    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Food handling and storage area has carpet installed.Please remove the carpet and replace with a surface that is smooth, easy to clean and impervious to moisture. Vinyl tile, sheets or other material would be acceptable. This violation is outstanding from previous inspection. * It was first cited on 3rd February 2021. Carpet is said to be vacuumed after every use and no high-risk foods are served at this time. 9-Jan-2024- Rubber carpet was observed to be placed on top of the rug. This is will not be easy to clean if water gets underneath the rubber carpet. Please remove the carpet underneath the rubber carpet to facilitate easy cleaning and prevent cross contamination. 7-Jan-2024: This is still a concern
