    • 103 - Failure to hold a valid permit while operating a food service establishment [s. 8(1)]
      • Observation: Operator had been operating since 2024 without health approval.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to obtain valid permit when they re-open in 2025.
    • 212 - Operator has not provided acceptable written food handling procedures [s. 23]
      • Observation: Operator had not provide acceptable Food handling procedure for their premies.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to update and re-submit their food safety plan.
    • 301 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Multiple dirty equipment noted on premises. Popcorn oil was left in contain for months since the premises had closed for the season. The 2-compartment sink has heavy build-up of debris and is being used as tool storage. Slushie machines dispenser heads have build-up of syrup. Popcorn maker have build-up of debris.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to clean all equipment prior to re-opening for 2025.
    • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: General sanitation of premises is poor. Debris can be found on floor and equipment. Heavy cluttering noted around 2 compartment sink. Poor sanitation may attract pest and contaminate food items that are being prepared on-site.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to clean premies.
    • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
      • Observation: Personal food items are being stored in the kitchen cooler and freezer. Food items that are not required for the operation of the premises should be stored separately to prevent cross contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to remove all personal food items from refrigeratior unit on premises.
    • 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18]
      • Observation: Equipment such as slushie machine, bun warmers and deep fryer that are not in use should be removed from the kitchen to prevent cluttering, pest infestation and allow for easier cleaning.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to remove equipment not required for premises.
    • 314 - Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24]
      • Observation: Operator sanitation plan does not adequately address all the equipment and facility on-site.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to update and re-submit sanitation plan.
