      • 1. Toddler room - the diaper change pad belt had broken, can no longer be used to secure child or secure change bad to the elevated surface.- Repair/replace so that the child can be secured during diapering and the change pad can be secured to the elevated surface. The children will be changed on the pad on the floor in the interim.
