      • Cooked cubed potatoes observed in a bowl by the stove and not under temperature control. Please ensure potatoes and all potentially hazardous food are kept at 4C (under cold holding) and below or 60C (under hot holding) and above.

      • Violation remains outstanding (July 21, 2025): **Cleaning cloths observed sitting on the counters and cook line, please ensure all cleaning cloths when not in use are stored in a sanitizer bucket.

Then use wash-rinse-sanitize (three step method) for all interior surfaces of ice machine.Please follow manufacturer's directions.2) CDI - pop nozzle cleaned at the time of inspection. Please include in regular cleaning schedule.

      • Repeat Violation1. Floors behind the cookline, fridges/freezers, under pallets in the dry storage area, and in the walk-in require cleaning. A thick build-up was observed on the floors outside the walk-in by the back door. 2. Bottom of the upright freezer was covered in ice and had food debris trapped within the ice. Thoroughly clean the floors and defrost and clean the freezer. Ensure vents are being cleaned when no food preparation is being done, large accumulation of dust build up around ceiling vents. Facility has a two week timeline to tackle sanitation issues, or progressive enforcement will happen.
