- Bleach sanitizer was not observed to be prepared at the time of inspection. The operator was asked to have a solution prepared whenever the facility is in operation.Please ensure that bleach sanitizer diluted to 100 ppm is available at all times during facility operation. Bleach sanitizer measured to 100 ppm can be prepared by diluting half a teaspoon of bleach per liter of water.
