- Ice scoop stored inside ice machine. Ensure ice scoop stored in a clean bucket and handle facing up to prevent cross-contamination. Operator took the ice scoop out from the ice machine and will educate staff/children not to put ice scoop inside ice machine directly to prevent cross-contamination.Temperature log sheet, AHS cleaning schedule will be emailed to operator along with this inspection report.
