Drain it and have a total cleaning such as using nickel safe ice machine cleaner, a specially formulated citric/phosphoric product for removing scale deposits from ice makers having nickel-plated or tin-plated evaporators.Ice scoops stored in a clean tray on top of ice machine to prevent cross-contamination.** Previous Inspection Report dated August 13, 2024:Ice machine inside water reservoir has some built up. Clean and disinfect the area.Ensure ice scoop store in a sanitary manner in a bucket and handle facing up. Observed ice scoops left on top of ice machine directly without on a try/or in a bucket to prevent cross-contamination.
