      • Ice machine inside water reservoir still has some built up. It is better than previous inspection condition dated on August 13, 2024. Please cleaned and disinfect the ice machine. Drain it and have a total cleaning such as using nickel safe ice machine cleaner, a specially formulated citric/phosphoric product for removing scale deposits from ice makers having nickel-plated or tin-plated evaporators.Ice scoops stored in a clean tray on top of ice machine to prevent cross-contamination.** Previous Inspection Report dated August 13, 2024:Ice machine inside water reservoir has some built up. Clean and disinfect the area.Ensure ice scoop store in a sanitary manner in a bucket and handle facing up. Observed ice scoops left on top of ice machine directly without on a try/or in a bucket to prevent cross-contamination.
