- PHI operated the dish washer for 4 cycles and there was 0 ppm chlorine in the final rinse for each cycle.Until the dish washer can get serviced - you will need to: - run the dishes through the dish washer to clean and rinse them. - set up a sink or basin with a chlorine/water solution that is 100 ppm or slightly stronger. - place the clean dishes into the sanitize solution for 2 minutes - then take the dishes out of the sanitizer solution and re-rack them to air dry.

- There is a commercial low-temp sanitizer dish washer in the kitchen.Testing for chlorine sanitizer after one load was at 0 ppm, after priming the sanitizer the 2nd load was at 10 ppm Chlorine - this is too low, it needs to be a minimum of 100 ppm chlorine.This dish washer will need to be serviced ASAP.In the meantime, staff can manually prime the sanitizer for each load, until the machine is serviced and operating properly.TODAY - to service guests for breakfast meal only by the Ramada staff - patrons will be using single-use, disposable products (example - paper plates, plastic utensils etc.)Note - dish washer was not tested at time of inspection.March 19, 2024 - the dish washer was only able to obtain a final rinse concentration of 50 ppm on its own.Operator reports that staff prime the chlorine sanitizer for each load.Operator has had repair technician in to look at it and they are waiting for parts.
