    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • As discussed, the eggs on ice are at ~8 C so they need to be discarded at the end of breakfast. In addition, the syrup container says "refrigerate after opening". I recommend having one bottle placed out with breakfast and then placing back in the fridge after breakfast. Syrup containers should not be sitting on all of the tables.

      • Please refill the soap dispenser.

      • Please turn the hot holding units warmer. They need to hold foods at 60 C +. As discussed, I recommend the shredded cheese be kept frozen as it will melt once the omelet is made and this will help with temperature control.
