- PREempt CS20 was used for more than one day. PREempt CS20 was not tested to ensure it still maintain disinfection level. The test strip bottle was not opened. Please check and record the PREempt CS20 test results daily.

- 1) A used rusted pedicure razor blade was drying with the manicure and pedicure tools by the processing sink. Blades are single use items.Throw the razor blade during inspection.2) Used nails and toe separators were found at manicure stations.Discard single-use items after use.

- Nail bits were found with nail clippers, nippers and pushers at the manicure station.Store these tools in a container with a lid to protect them from getting dirty.
