- Two stacked cartons of damaged eggs were observed on a shelf above containers of yoghurt.- Operator removed and discarded the damaged eggs.Ensure to properly separate damaged food products or immediately discard. Do not store eggs above ready-to-eat food.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The handwashing sink:1. In the chicken preparation room was obstructed by two trolleys and a tray rack at the time of inspection.2. In the produce area was obstructed by a garbage bin.- The operator removed the items from the front of the handwashing sinks.Ensure that all handwashing sinks are accessible and clear at all times to facilitate hand hygiene.

- Under the 3-compartment sink in the produce area, water was observed to be actively leaking from the plumbing fixture.- Repair/fix the plumbing issue.

- In the chicken preparation room, one of the trolleys was missing a caster/wheel.- Replace the wheel or remove the trolley in disrepair.

- Produce area:1. The floor underneath the 3-compartment sink was observed with pooled water and stains resulting from a water leakage.2. Food debris was observed on the floor under the food preparation tables.- Clean the floors (including hard-to reach areas) and ensure to maintain in sanitary conditions at all times.Diary walk-in cooler:Heavy dust build-up noted on the ceiling close to the fans, above where eggs were stacked.- Clean thoroughly and ensure to always maintain in a sanitary manner.

- Grease and dust observed on the exhaust hood above the chicken prep oven in the chicken room.-Clean the exhaust hood.

- 1) The area under the racks in the produce walk-in cooler was stained, caked with dirt and had food debris.2) The shelves in the dairy walk-in cooler had food stains and residues on them.-Please clean the areas mentioned in 1) and 2).
