    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • -the commercial dishwasher is still only achieving 68C. The facility had a min/max waterproof digital thermometer just like I did. All thermometers were measuring temperatures of less than 71C. Please ensure to sanitize cups and utensils in a sanitizing solution as part of dishwashing
    • 14. Does the facility have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • -well water sampling should be done more often. The food handling permit indicates monthly sampling. The AHS record is showing a June 2024 and June 2025 sampling events. Please try to sample more often than 1 time per year-the water well head cap was not installed properly. It was not seated properly and was allowing insects to enter. This was addressed during the inspection.-the water well head had a depression next to it. This possibly indicates were water settles into the ground. To encourage water to not flow to the well head the soil should be mounted somewhat at the well to prevent this. However, the top of the well is recommended to be higher than 18 inches above grade

      • -The high temperature dishwasher was not achieving at least 71C at the dish-level. Only 70C was achieved after setting the dishwasher at its highest setting.
