      • Sanitizer is not available onsite. Please ensure an approved sanitizer is available prior to opening.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The dishwasher was not operational at time of inspection. The machine needs to be supplied with detergent, and to be able to achieve a final rinse temperature of at least 71C at the dish level before the facility opens.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The handwash sinks are supplied with soap and paper towel dispensers, but they are not stocked. Please ensure soap and paper towel are available at all handwash sinks before opening.
