      • A video clip provided by the complainant to indicating birds frolicking inside the grocery store.

      • 1- A leakage was identified under the 3-compartment sink in the meat section. Water was noted on the floor posing tripping hazard. Identify the leak and make arrangements for the repair.2-Floor in the produce walk in cooler is observed in disrepair. Need repair.

      • Walk-in freezer was noted in disrepair. A lot of ice build-up and condensation was noted on the shelves, food boxes, ceiling and floor creating unsanitary conditions.Remove the foods from affected area. repair required.

      • 1-All hand-washing sinks need regular maintenance. Calcium build up and accumulation of dust was noted on several hand-washing sinks throughout the facility. Adequate cleaning of the sinks is required on regular basis.3 compartment sink in the salad prep area was noted in unsanitary condition. Calcium buildup and debris accumulation was noted on the surfaces. Scrub all the sinks and wash and sanitize them. Include all hand sinks and 2or 3 compartment sinks in daily cleaning checklist. 2-Floor of walk-in freezer was noted in unsanitary condition. Garbage was noted on the floor. Clean the floor and maintain in a clean and sanitary condition.3-Provide a copy of daily weekly and monthly cleaning checklist for review.

      • Hand sink in the bakery was not accessible. A lot of storage was noted in front of the sink. Operator cleared the stuff from the sink. Sink faucet need to be fixed/replaced. There was not sufficient pressure and amount of water for hand washing.

      • The hand dryer was noted to be not in working condition. Operator corrected the violation during inspection by resetting power source from breaker box.

      • Bakery- A shelf in the walk-in freezer has too much weight stored on it and has deformed. The shelf was bent in such a way that it is no longer perpendicular with the wall.Ensure that the shelf is repaired so that it is in good working order.Front/Back Store Transition- A piece of flooring located between the seafood and egg coolers has its tile surface worn away exposing untreated material. Ensure that the flooring is repaired such that it is smooth, non-absorbent, and easily cleanable.
