      • A "No Name" bag of Capsicums is observed with what appears to be mold. Ensure that produce is routinely inspected for signs of spoilage and that any spoiled and/or damaged produce is discarded. The operator discarded the indicated bag of Capsicums during the inspection.

      • A water leak is observed to be coming from the ceiling in the back fruit processing area. Ensure that the indicated leak is investigated and repaired.

      • The expired food permit was observed to be posted. Ensure that a valid food permit is posted where the public can see it. The operator posted the updated food permit during the inspection.

      • A large metal shelf in the meat prep room in the meats department is observed with a buildup of rust and is no longer smooth and easy to clean. Ensure that the shelf is repaired, replaced or removed. The operator removed the shelf during the inspection.
