      • At the bakery section, the scoops were stored in the bulk container and the handle had direct contact with the food product. Once notified, the scoop was stored properly.

      • A pipe in the ceiling was actively leaking during the inspection. Water was dripping unto food products in the service areas. During the inspection food products near the active leak areas were moved to an alternative location. Operator noted that repairs have been scheduled and should occur the same day. ** Repair area listed above.
