- The QUAT sanitizer solution is tested to be at 0 ppm.The sanitizer solution should be changed regularly and tested to make sure it is maintained at 200 ppm. Staff changed the solution during the inspection and concentration is measured to be at 200 ppm.

- The ice cream dipper well water is running at a very low rate and resulting in water sitting in the well. Ensure that the dipper well faucet is running at a sufficient rate to allow water to drain and be replaced continuously. The dipper well flow rate is adjusted during the inspection.
