- The hand sink was observed to have no running water. The operator mentioned that the pump was in disrepair again. A temporary hand sink was requested by PHI for handwashing. Please ensure that the hand sink has hot and cold running water.

- No running water was observed at the time of inspection. The operator had noted that the pump had failed again. Please ensure that the mobile vending unit is able to dispense an adequate supply of hot and cold potable water.

- Temp of four cold storage drawers below the grill were above 4C (at 8 C). The temp inside cold storage units must be at 4 C or less. Please monitor the temperature in the drawers over the next two hours to ensure that it comes down to 4 Celsius or less. If 4 Celsius or below cannot be maintained within two hours the food items will need to be discarded and the cooler will not be able to be put into use.Freezer temperature was minus 18 Celsius.No hot holding at time of inspection. For any high risk items holding temperature must be maintained at or above 60 Celsius.

- Hand wash sink available but no hot and cold water under pressure.No flowing water under pressure from sink faucets. Hot and cold water under pressure is required for operation. Shane will ensure the water system is working before they start operating.

- A bacterial water sample was submitted on May 30 2023 – result satisfactory.No flowing water under pressure from sink faucets. Hot and cold water under pressure is required for operation. Shane will ensure the water system is working before they start operating.
