    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • pH initially too high at 7.8 as measured on AHS photometer. Records and automated controller indicate pH is set/been measured at 7.2. pH level measured at 7.5 by end of inspection (no additional chemical added, controller adjusted). Please continue to monitor that pH stays within range of 6.8 to 7.6 and that controller is reading accurately (recommend having third party testing of pH levels to confirm ColorQ on-site is reading accurately).
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • NOT observed on Dec.31/25: Flow meter for circulation flow after the filters was not working properly. Unable to determine an accurate flow reading for the system. - Please repair the flow meter.
    • 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
      • Combined chlorine measured very high at approximately 2 to 3ppm. To avoid skin/eye/respiratory irritation, immediately reduce combined chlorine levels (plan to address by 12pm). Combined chlorine can be reduced by diluting/dumping water, doing a shock chlorination procedure, or using a non-chlorine shock product (note that if using non-chlorine products, there is potential for interference in regular chemical tests- additional reagents would be required to account for interference). Please have plan in place to address high combined chlorine levels in periods of high bather use.

      • There was a missing tile on the staircase in the whirlpool. - Tiles to be replaced the next time the whirlpool is drained.
