- Dish sanitizer was out of chlorine sanitizer at time of inspection. The manager and the cook stated they had some on order that would be there later that day. In the meantime, chlorine sanitizer from the lounge washer was connected to the machine in the kitchen. Please ensure chlorine sanitizer is available at this machine at all times.
