      • The outside of the bulk sugar containers were dirty. The scoops provided in the bulk sugar containers were being stored handle down. A plastic cup was being used as a bulk container scoop.Please ensure that the outside of the bulk containers are maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Please ensure that bulk container scoops are stored properly, handles up and out of the food, to mitigate cross-contamination from occurring. Please ensure that appropriate utensils are being provided to scoop bulk ingredients.

      • The bleach spray was too strong and was diluted during the inspection and measured 100 ppm. Operator to inform all staff on measuring bleach (approximately 1/4 cap per spray bottle).
