      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizing spray bottle or bucket used. Staff states they wash surfaces with "hot water" and the manager is buying santizing solution and spray bottle in Burnaby at time of inspection. No bleach available onsite. NO method to saniatize equipments, dishwares, and surfaces available.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure a method to sanitize food contact surfaces is available AT ALL TIMES. To be completed immediately, TODAY, March 23rd 2026.

      • Observation: There are tiles missing under the new pizza oven. When removing the old oven, the tiles were damaged and removed.
      • Corrective Action(s): Fix the missing tiles because food and debris can get inside the hole and not be cleaned to the required standards. All surfaces in the food premises must be flat, smooth, and easy to clean. The operator claims it is scheduled to be fixed by March.
