- - All dishes must be 1: Washed with hot, soapy water 2: Rinsed with clean, hot water 3: Sanitized with 200 ppm bleach solution 4: Air dried.
- - Mixing instructions for sanitizer: Mix 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water, or mix 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water.
