      • A hydrogen peroxide sanitizer has been implemented for use in the kitchen - in the supply room, there is a chemical mixing device. The peroxide product notes that food surfaces must be rinsed with potable water after being sanitized with this product - this is not reasonably practical to do after each use of the sanitizing solution. Discussed using either a 100ppm chlorine (bleach) solution, a 200ppm quats solution, a 12.5-25ppm iodine solution, or another food-safe sanitizer approved by Environmental Public Health.ACTION:Please implement an approved, food safe sanitizing solution for sanitizing kitchen surfaces and equipment.
