- Bottles of drink were lined up long window ledge in back storage area and some bottles were stored directly next to chemicals and staff personal drinks. Store chemicals and other potential sources of contamination away from foods.

- The food establishment was not operating in compliance with restrictions on issued food handling permit. Facility was selling perishable foods (sandwiches, wraps, fruit salad, small veggie trays, snack, trays etc.) in new cooler.PHI provided approval and updated facility risk and permit restrictions.
