- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that bar line cleaning company performs a thorough cleaning of all beer lines.

- Observation: The quats sanitizer dispenser not able to dispense quats sanitizer at 200 ppm. No test strips available onsite to test for quats concentration.
- Corrective Action(s): Repair or adjust the santiizer dispenser so that it dispenses quats at 200 ppm. Quats test strips must be kept close to the dispenser for daily testing ( immediately).

- Corrective Action(s): Ensure that the stainless steel lid on the cooler fits tight without any air gap. Recommneded installing rubber seal around the edges of the lid. Consider placing the squeeze bottles of dressings in a deep container so that the lid closes properly. ( ASAP).
