      • Ceiling tiles noted to be needing attention. One ceiling tile in disrepair above food preparation cooler and one ceiling tile missing above manual dishwashing area. Please ensure all surfaces are clean, impervious to moisture and smooth.

      • Disposable bowls and cup noted to be used as scoops. Please ensure scoops with handle are used to protect bulk food from contamination.Strainer in disrepair. Please ensure all equipment is in good repair.

      • -Raw eggs were observed on the cookline at 22°C without proper time labeling.-The staff member was advised to apply time labels when removing potentially hazardous foods from temperature control, as such items must be discarded after 2 hours if not used up.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • -There is a gap beneath the back door-The weatherstripping needs to be repaired to prevent pest entry.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • -The inner top and cover of the ice machine require cleaning.-Equipment must be cleaned and sanitized in a manner that removes contamination.

      • 1. Disposable bowl was observed in the rice bin. The bowl was discarded.2. Bin of sugar was uncovered. Corrected onsite.

      • Hashbrowns, liquid egg mixture, and raw whole eggs had a surface temperature of 15-20C. Ensure these are stored in the cooler.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • 1. No liquid soap at the back handwash station.2. Paper towel is not in a dispenser at the handwash station near the coffee station.
