- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Several hand washing stations lacked liquid soap and paper towels for employees. Operator indicates the units were stolen and requires repair/replacement. Staff were washing their hands at fully stocked hand washing sinks during service.
- Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand washing stations have liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. While waiting for repair, stock up all stations with temporary liquid hand soap and paper towels. This includes the customer washrooms. Correction required immediately.
