    • 302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: Dishwasher (high temp) measured at max temperature of 59 C at plate after multiple attempts. Guage reads 136 F wash temp but only 64 F finalrinse temperature. Must be minimum 71 C at the plate.
      • Corrective Action(s): Have unit serviced. As interim measure sanitize all washed dishes in sink with proper sanitizing agents (Chlorine bleach) manually until unit is working properly. Alternatively or in addition, you may also use the bar dishwasher.
      • Reinspeciton required and date noted onthis report.
      • Violation Score: 15
    • 209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)]
      • Observation: Shelves for ready to eat desserts are located directly next to raw meat (skewered) trolley. There is a risk for the raw meat dripping onto desserts.
      • Corrective Action(s): Create barrier between the trolley and the dessert shelf and meat cart. As interim measure move away from shelf.
